Posts are hand made and constructed out of 304 stainless steel 2"x2" square tubing (stainless will outlast mild steel). Stainless can be brushed or painted. Assembled height of post: 37.75"
Top and bottom plates are 4"x4" and are TIG welded to the posts. The plates provide mounting holes for the post to the deck, and the post to the top 5/4 board.
The cables are 3/16" in diameter, 7x19 construction. The cables are spaced 3" apart from top to bottom, and are tensioned with adjustable stainless steel ends.
The top of the railing is 5/4 x 6" pressure treated. Posts are screwed into the deck (4x) using 2.5" stainless deck screws (additional blocking under the deck will be added if needed to provide 100% screw capture into wood.).
Available in painted mild steel and painted or brushed stainless steel.
