Here at JEWLS Customs, we're always being asked if we have anything that utilizes the swim-up seat mount on the newer Yamaha Jet Boats. Well, up until now, the answer was we're working it!..
Now, I've finally come up with a modular system to support grills, umbrella's Flag Poles, and more!
The system consists of three components:
(1) The Seat Mount Adapter (2) The Holder (3) The Sleeve
All three required.
(1) Seat Mount Adapter

This is where the "modular" portion of the system comes in. You only need to buy this once, because everything mates up to this.
The rectangular portion slides into the swim-up seat mount under the swim deck, and a pin holds it in place.
The holder then slips onto the round portion and is held in place with a thumb screw, which also provide a bit of vertical adjustment.
(2) Holder (Long or Short)

This is the member that attaches to the seat mount adapter, and is held onto the adapter with a thumbscrew. This thumbscrew also provide a bit of side to side adjustment so that the vericle member is actually verticle.
You only need to buy this once, because everything mates up to this on the top end. Sleeves for just about anything you want to hold are available with different bores.
(3) Sleeve

The sleeve is a relatively simple part that slides into the top of the holder.
The sleeve has a thumbscrew that clamps the sleeve onto the shaft of the umbrella, flag pole, basketball hoop, or beyond.
The holder has a nut welded to the top of the tube that holds the sleeve in the holder so that it can be used underway (with a flagpole - not recommend with an umbrella!)
